Online Training Policies

Online lessons must be booked in advance and paid in full before the first session. Each package has a set expiration date to ensure consistent progress. Lessons are not transferable to another person or dog.

Jumpstart Package – 4 Sessions | $250 | Expires 1 month after purchase
(Aimed at foundational training and relationship-building.)

Focus & Thrive Package – 8 Sessions | $495 | Expires 2 months after purchase
(Designed for deeper training goals and consistent follow-through.)

AVIDK9 Online Membership – Ongoing Access | $35/month or $90/3 months | Renews Monthly or Quarterly
(Cancel anytime. No expiration as long as your membership is active.)

    • Payments are processed securely through Square.

    • Full payment is required before the first session.

    • No personal checks accepted.

    • Online lessons must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged the full rate.

    • If canceled with more than 24 hours' notice, the lesson must be rescheduled within two weeks and before the program expiration date, or it will be forfeited.

    • Prepaid lesson fees are non-refundable and non-transferable to another person or dog.

    • If you arrive late, the session will still end at the scheduled time. Missed time will not be made up.

    • If I run behind schedule, you will receive your full session time.
