IMPORTANT: Rough Draft Mockup

After placing your order, the first design you see will be a rough mockup showing layout, photo placement, and overall concept. This is not the final design.

Images will not be blended, text will look plain, and backgrounds are temporary. The mockup allows you to review the placement, image selection, colour choices and text, and request any changes before the final design phase where we will refine photos, style text, adjust colors, and add effects for a polished result.

What to Expect After You Order

IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ
After placing your order, the first step is a mockup. a rough draft that gives you a preview of the layout, photo placement, and overall concept. This mockup is not the final design. At this stage, images will not be blended, text may look plain, and the background is just a temporary placeholder.

The mockup allows you to review the structure and make any layout or content changes before I move on to detailed editing. Once the mockup is approved, I’ll begin the final design phase, refining photo blending, styling text, adjusting colors, and adding effects to complete a polished, professional design.

Terms & Conditions

Please read before ordering. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions.

  • I’ll reach out by email within 1–2 business days to gather everything I need. Please check your spam or promotions folder in case my message ends up there.

  • I do not accept screenshots or photos of text. I’ll need things like your dog’s full name, call name, titles, health testing, breeder and owner names, contact info, pedigree (optional) and any specific layout or style preferences.

  • Send clear, high-quality, unedited photos. I am not responsible for the quality of the photos you provide. Simple designs are created using your images as-is. Premium designs may include basic editing at my discretion.

  • You’ll receive a mockup to review. Every design includes revisions, starting with the mockup. 2 revisions for Simple designs and 3 revisions for Premium designs

  • Additional changes are available for a fee.
    Final designs are delivered in JPG or PNG web format. Print files are included with print packages or available upon request.

  • Everything is used exactly as submitted. I’m not responsible for grammar, spelling, or typos.
    Each design includes 2-3 revisions, starting with the mockup. If you need more changes, additional fees may apply.

  • Turnaround time is typically 3–7 business days after I’ve received all necessary materials. Rush orders may be available for an extra cost.

  • Because the work is custom, refunds are not available once work has begun.

    Full payment is required before I begin any design work, including discussing or reviewing concepts by email.

  • Including unused concepts, in my online portfolio and promotional materials. If you'd like me to hold off on posting your design for a certain amount of time, you can request that when placing your order. Otherwise, all work will be posted eventually.
